Dr. Rag. Truppa Vincenzo

- Born the 5th of April 1947.
- Graduated in Economia e Commercio (Economics) at the Cattolica University in Milan.
- Enrolled as “commercialista and revisore dei conti” (Certified Public Accountant and Auditor)
- Enrolled in the Albo dei Periti (consultancy experts) at the court of Milan.
- He was a member of the Committee for setting-up accounting principles nominated by the National Board of the dottori commercialisti and the National Board of ragionieri (Certified Public Accountants).
- Appointed as a Statutory Auditor in many companies.
- He is the author of two works (Public Enterprises in Great Britain and Consolidated Financial Statements.
- He taught auditing of financial statements at the collegio dei ragionieri in Milan where he was also member of the Audit Research Committee.
- Till 1980 he was partners of Deloitte-Haskins & Sells, an international auditing company. In that Company he worked as managing director and representing that Company in Assirevi (Association of Audit Companies).
- He was in charge of the auditing of many important companies such as Lepetit Group, Riv-Skf, Lanerossi Group. Together with other colleagues, he determined the evaluation criteria for assets and liabilities contributed by Fiat and Khd in the joint-venture “Iveco”. He directed and coordinated the audit activity of in many entities worldwide spread, dealing with the above mentioned joint-venture.
- Since 1980 he has his own professional activity as tax consultants and auditor.
